To make scheduling changes please text or call me directly at 207-329-0166 rather than contacting MINT as I am independent, however if I am unavailable to make these changes you may call the front desk.
I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a fee of $50 and cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee of $75. The fee may be waived if the appointment can be rescheduled to a different time that day or within the week.
Last minute or no-show cancellations are charged at the full cost of the appointment.
I can offer exceptions to this policy due only to inclement weather.
Additionally, appointments rescheduled more than one time are subject to a $10 rebooking fee.
